I know a realtor that has his own website and in almost 2 years never produced a single hot prospect. That's because his website is on a deserted road with tumbleweeds blowing by just like almost every other local business out there.

Sure, his site is fancy and looks great – and I am sure he spent a fortune on it – which is bad for him because it doesn't bring him any customers…
... it's lost in Internet outer space.
